Code for America

I rarely write under my own byline for Code for America’s web presence, but here are a few examples. Ghostwriting, speechwriting, and web copywriting samples are available upon request.

Landed

I provided editorial consultation for this real estate investment startup on their recently redesigned website, as well as a variety of other written materials. I also wrote this journalistic-style piece for them to serve as marketing collateral for prospective partners and funders.

Book Jacket Copy

During my years in publishing I wrote sales and marketing copy for more books than I can count. These were some of my final projects before leaving the industry. 

National Today

National Today details the holidays that the #brands love to push onto your Instagram feed. I wrote a variety of templated posts for them on a wide range of holidays — from those that celebrate fried foods to those that are tied to awareness campaigns.
